We choose the Mostro Enduro Race 27.5in when the goal is speed on loose, unpredictable terrain. This race-focused model sharpens everything we loved about the standard Mostro and packs in softer rubber, more flexible support, and race-day protection. The pronounced trailing edges offer fierce braking stability, while the progressively stepped tread maintains confidence across roots, rubble, blown-out berms, and off-camber sections.

The Race Formulation compound—powered by Graphene and Silica—prioritizes maximum grip and rolling speed from point A to point B. Its single soft compound provides incredible terrain conformity, giving that damped, planted feel essential for carrying momentum through sketchy corners. Beneath it, the multi-layer race casing balances suppleness with serious protection through a bead-to-bead nylon layer, an anti-puncture belt, and a sidewall stability insert that guards against rim strikes on aggressive lines.
