SRAM GX AXS meets Bosch power in the Ibis Oso Trail GX Transmission Ebike

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"The Ibis Oso Trail GX Transmission Ebike is the build I point riders to when they want something genuinely special. Wireless GX AXS shifting, a RockShox Lyrik Ultimate fork, and SRAM Maven Silver brakes take a capable trail eMTB and make it noticeably better. If you want the most refined Oso Trail on the market, this is it."

Who It's For

Trail riders who want wireless performance and a premium build from the ground up.

Built for confident trail riders who are ready to invest in wireless AXS shifting, upgraded suspension, and a build spec that rewards every ride.

What It's For

All day trail missions with a wireless drivetrain and refined components.

This is a bike for riders who want to cover more ground and ride more confidently. The 600Wh battery with PowerMore compatibility means range is never a reason to cut the day short.

Why We Like It

Wireless shifting, a refined suspension package, and a build that earns its price.

The Oso Trail GX Transmission Ebike is built around the same full carbon frame and trail geometry you get across the Oso lineup, with 160mm of front travel and 150mm rear. What separates it is a build spec that rewards riders who want more.

Heads up. We do our best to keep bike specs and images current, but occasional component changes can happen without warning and sometimes the photos might not show the exact build you'll receive. If you want to double check the details, our Gearheads are always here to help.

All-Day Battery, More If You Need It

Built To Fly

Ibis Cycles started in 1981 when founder Scot Nicol opened a tiny workshop near Mendocino, California, with no big plan beyond building mountain bikes that were fun to ride and tough enough for the rough stuff. Today, from its home base in Santa Cruz, Ibis remains a small, rider-owned company focused on doing a few things really well: designing carbon and aluminum mountain bikes that climb efficiently, descend playfully, and feel lively every time you point them down the trail. With long-time owners and in-house engineering still deeply involved in the day-to-day, the brand stands for bikes that are light, durable, and above all, a blast to ride—whether you are racing, lapping local trails, or just chasing that next perfect corner.
