SCOTT designed this bike for riders who are dreaming bigger—whether that means bike park laps, jump trails, or steep technical descents. From the first roll-in, it feels stable, planted, and ready to charge.

A custom-butted Alloy 6061 frame forms the backbone, paired with a 140mm X-Fusion Slant RC fork and 130mm rear travel to smooth landings and soak up rough terrain. The suspension is tuned specifically for lighter riders, keeping the bike supportive without feeling harsh. A SRAM NX 1x11 drivetrain offers reliable shifting and a wide gear range, while Shimano hydraulic disc brakes provide consistent stopping power with short-reach levers for better control.

Wide 24 x 2.4in gravity-focused tires add traction and stability, and a kid-specific dropper post allows quick position changes for climbs and descents. With size-specific cockpit components and modern trail geometry, the Ransom 400 Bike is built to help riders progress faster and ride with confidence on bigger terrain.
