When we’re chasing speed on open roads or carving through fast descents, cockpit position is everything. The DRV AEROa 105 Drop Bar from Profile Design reshapes traditional bar geometry with its DRiVe metric—placing our hands exactly where power and control naturally align.

Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum with a truncated airfoil profile, the bar balances aerodynamic efficiency, stiffness, and ride comfort. A 7° ramp angle and 4° outsweep in the drops create a more natural wrist position, enhancing stability during sprints and technical descents. With multiple reach options (70, 75, and 80mm) and widths from 36 to 42cm, we can fine-tune fit around modern road geometry. A 31.8mm clamp diameter and 100mm clamp width ensure compatibility with clip-on aerobars, while internal routing supports both mechanical and Di2 systems. Built around how we actually ride today, this bar reclaims comfort, power, and confident control.
