Each independent burner supports its own interchangeable cooking surface—flat grill, ribbed grill, or pot stand—so we can simmer sauce on one side while searing on the other. The die-cast GreenGrill ceramic-coated aluminum tops are non-stick and easy to clean, and the removable windshields keep the flame strong on blustery days.
