It's a strong complement to a standard stopper set rather than a replacement, and climbers on granite or heavily featured rock will find themselves reaching for these consistently. Offset nuts are shaped so that one face is wider than the other at the same cross-section, which allows the nut to seat in features that a standard symmetrical nut can't engage. The Alloy Offset Set covers sizes #7 through #11 — a mid-to-larger range that addresses the flared and irregular features most common in that crack size band. Stiff wires give you enough control to guide placements into position at full arm extension, and the color coding lets you identify the right size on the rack without pulling every piece to check.
