Every detail from the pole system to the interior organization starts with the assumption that you arrived by bike, and works outward from there.

The most significant departure from a standard Fly Creek is the Shortstik Poleset, a system of DAC Featherlite NSL poles that break down into shorter sections sized to fit across handlebars, inside panniers, or tucked into a saddlebag without overhang or awkward strapping. The high-volume design maximizes both floor space and headroom within the ultralight envelope, and the fully sealed silicone and polyurethane treated nylon fly and floor deliver reliable waterproof performance through three seasons of variable conditions. A dry entry door and vestibule keep rain outside where it belongs, protecting sleeping bags and gear from the wet that inevitably follows a long day in the saddle.

Inside, Big Agnes added three mesh pockets and a 3D shelf sized for helmets and oversized bikepacking gear that would otherwise clutter the floor, along with external webbing loops for hanging wet kit outside the tent when the weather cooperates.
