Mostro Trail Tire delivers gravity-ready grip and braking power for loose terrain control
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"I’ve been testing the Mostro on rocky, loose alpine trails, and the braking traction is next-level. The staircase lugs and V-formation bite hard on descents, and the casing feels really stable without being overly stiff. It’s a confidence booster when the trail’s sketchy."
When loose-over-hard conditions test our grip and control, the Vittoria Mostro Trail Tire gives us confidence to commit to the line. Designed specifically for aggressive gravity riders, the Mostro is built to handle technical descents, off-camber roots, and high-speed braking zones with serious traction.
The alternating center and mid lugs, staircase leading edges, and progressive siping deliver climbing efficiency and descending confidence in equal measure. Its reinforced 60 TPI nylon casing with an anti-puncture belt keeps us rolling through chunky terrain, while the 4C Graphene compound provides tacky grip and durability where it counts. When the trail is steep and loose, the Mostro digs in.
