The SRAM GX Eagle AXS Transmission Upgrade Kit is the easiest way to bring T-Type compatibility and AXS functionality to your Eagle 90 or 70 mechanical drivetrain. Designed for riders already using SRAM's Eagle 90/70 systems, this kit allows a simple transition to the AXS ecosystem by reusing your existing cage assembly and mount bolt while upgrading the derailleur body and controls.
The kit includes the AXS-enabled GX Eagle Transmission derailleur body, AXS Pod Controller, AXS battery with charger, and a T-Type PowerLock to ensure a secure chain reinstall. Built for frames using the UDH hangerless interface and T-Type drivetrains, this upgrade gives your setup the crisp, cable-free performance of a full Transmission system—ready to ride, race, or fine-tune from the trailhead with the AXS app.
