Falcn Rival AXS delivers lightweight aero speed for all-round road performance

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"I’ve been impressed by how balanced the Falcn feels—light enough to climb well, but with aero shaping that really holds speed on flatter roads. The Rival AXS setup shifts cleanly, the fit is aggressive without being punishing, and the 30c tires smooth things out more than I expected. It’s the kind of bike I can ride fast without thinking about it too much, and that’s usually when I’m having the most fun."

We turn to the Ridley Falcn Rival AXS when we want a fast, responsive ride that doesn’t limit where the day takes us. Built with Ridley’s Aero-To-Weight carbon construction, the Falcn blends aerodynamic shaping with efficient climbing performance, giving us a lively feel when we’re pushing across open roads or driving hard up a winding ascent. Paired with a confident performance geometry and 30mm tires, the bike balances speed with stability, letting us settle into smooth, predictable handling no matter the terrain.

The Rival AXS 2x12 drivetrain keeps our shifts crisp and precise, whether we’re riding tempo or rolling into steep pitches that demand careful gear selection. The Forza Skiron 38mm wheelset delivers reliable acceleration and aero benefits without sacrificing everyday versatility. With 34mm tire clearance, UDH compatibility, and a round 27.2mm seatpost for comfort, the Falcn is designed to evolve with our riding style and terrain. It’s a bike we trust for high-efficiency training rides, fast group sessions, and ambitious road adventures.

Heads up - We do our best to keep bike specs and images current, but occasional component changes can happen without warning-and sometimes the photos might not show the exact build you'll receive. If you want to double-check the details, our Gearheads are always here to help.

Lightweight Aero All-Arounder

Falcn Frame Technology

Lightweight Aero Performance

Most road bikes force a choice between aero shaping and low weight. The Falcn delivers both, with a 990g frame in size M that matches the aerodynamic performance of dedicated race bikes

Optimized Tire Clearance

The Falcn accepts tires up to 34mm, wider than the traditional 28mm road bike standard. Riders can run lower pressures for better grip and comfort on paved roads and beyond

Diffuser Fork Crown

The integrated diffuser in the fork crown redirects airflow around the downtube instead of pushing back against it. Reduced drag at the headtube translates to faster speeds at the same power output

Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH)

The Falcn uses SRAM's Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH), compatible with all modern drivetrains and providing added protection against derailleur damage and chain drops

Removable Front Derailleur Clamp

The front derailleur clamp removes cleanly when running a 1x drivetrain setup. A purpose-built cover replaces it, keeping the frame streamlined without compromising structure
