The TR 309/289 XC 29in Boost Wheelset with Vittoria Barzo and Mezcal tires is built as a complete race-and-training system, using a wider front rim for confident steering and a slightly narrower rear to keep the bike feeling efficient when we’re on the gas. The front rim’s 30mm internal width supports the Barzo’s aggressive XC tread for a stable, predictable contact patch when we’re leaning hard or braking late. In the rear, the 28mm internal width helps the Mezcal maintain its fast-rolling feel while still delivering enough bite to climb and brake on mixed terrain. Reynolds’ TSS PR3 carbon construction is tuned for strength and durability, and TR MTN hubs add quick pickup for repeated accelerations.
