The Petzl Leopard crampons pair an aluminum build with a CORD-TEC linking system to keep weight down without giving up stability. Ten points bite into hard snow on ski touring approaches, holding an edge where softer footwear alone would slip. The flexible HMPE cord linking the front and rear sections folds the crampons down flat, so they take up almost no room once they're off the boots and into the pack.
