Float and Carving Power, Pro Binding, All-Day Boot

The Orca is built on an FSC-certified 60% aspen / 40% paulownia core wrapped in Tri-Ax/Bi-Ax fiberglass with basalt alloy for lightweight, durable response. A tight 7m sidecut radius digs deep carves on hardpack, while the C2X hybrid profile delivers float in powder and precision underfoot. Magne-Traction serrated edges hold on ice, and an eco-sublimated sintered Knife Cut base keeps things fast. The Union Falcor pairs an S20 Asym Forged Hybrid 3.0 highback with an S12 Duraflex Blue + Halo baseplate for explosive heelside response and smooth, damped landings. Hybrid 1.0 ankle straps and TS 6.0 toe straps lock in without pressure points, and Tool-less 3.0 adjustment keeps tuning fast on the hill. The Vans Aura Pro completes the setup with a heat-moldable Smartwool® liner, dual-zone BOA® system, and V2 Waffle Pro sole for grip everywhere from lift lines to bootpacks.
