Long summer days call for gear that doesn’t need swapping out midday, and the Tahoe Sun 1/4-Zip from Backcountry is built to stay on from trailhead to water’s edge. We pull it on for early miles in cool shade, then keep it moving as the sun climbs and the pace slows. The lightweight coverage takes the edge off harsh sun without trapping heat, so we stay comfortable whether we’re hiking, putting, or stretching out on warm rock.

Engineered with UPF 50+ protection and a breathable knit, it manages moisture through changing conditions while drying quickly after sweat or splash. The quarter-zip design lets us vent heat on the move, while a soft, stretchy blend and integrated underarm gussets keeps mobility unrestricted for scrambling, swinging, and everything in between.
