What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"I rode the Sin Cara on a day when I finally decided to drop into a line I had been eyeing all season, and the camber profile gave me exactly the confidence I needed to commit. Grip Tech kept my edges locked in even as the snow turned a little chalky near the top. It has become the board I trust when I want to push a little further than usual."
The Arbor Sin Cara Snowboard is built for the moment we finally stop circling a run and just drop in. We point it down a line that has been calling all season, feeling the directional camber profile hold a confident edge as speed builds and the terrain gets a little steeper than what we are used to. It is a board that meets ambition halfway, responsive enough to reward committed turns and forgiving enough to keep the whole day feeling fun instead of intimidating.
A Highland II wood core adds snap without tipping into unpredictable territory, giving us just enough energy to carry speed through variable snow. Grip Tech contact points paired with recycled steel edges hold their bite whether we are carving packed groomers or venturing into a softer pocket off the side of the trail. Together, this build gives us room to grow into bigger terrain at our own pace, one run at a time.

Phantom Glide By DPS Skis
This snowboard is compatible with Phantom Glide, the long-lasting base treatment from DPS Skis. Backcountry technicians apply and UV-cure it before the board ships, so it arrives ready to ride with no waxing needed.
How It Works

Applied By Backcountry Techs
Backcountry technicians treat and UV-cure every board in the shop before it leaves the warehouse, so it arrives ready to ride with no setup required.

Glide That Outlasts Wax
Wax sits on top of the base and wears off in a few days. Phantom Glide bonds into the base, so glide stays fast and consistent from cold powder to spring slush.

No More Wax Days
Phantom Glide replaces scraping, ironing, and shop visits with a quick base cleaning using the Phantom Glide Base Care Kit. The formula is made without PFAS.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which length of the Arbor Sin Cara 2027 should I choose for my weight?
The 146 cm is listed for approximately 34–70 kg (75–154 lb), the 149 cm for 37–73 kg (82–161 lb), and the 152 cm for 41–77 kg (90–170 lb). Choose by weight first, then factor in boot fit and how maneuverable you want the board to feel. How does the Sin Cara’s profile handle firm snow and edge control?
Its Parabolic Camber profile and Grip Tech contact points support edge engagement on hardpack and firm snow, with a smoother release than conventional uniform camber. The board also has recycled steel edges.Which bindings fit the Arbor Sin Cara Snowboard?
The Sin Cara uses a 2x4 insert pattern, so it fits standard 2x4 snowboard bindings. Its listed waist widths are 239 mm, 242 mm, and 245 mm for the 146, 149, and 152 cm lengths, respectively; match the width to your boots to manage toe and heel overhang. What materials make up the Sin Cara’s core and construction?
The Highland II Core combines poplar and paulownia, and the board uses biax/triax fiberglass with Bio-Resin. Its construction also includes 360-degree fully wrapped sidewalls. Is the Arbor Sin Cara suited to resort riding and occasional powder?
Yes. Its directional shape favors stability at speed and float in deeper snow, while its medium flex—approximately 5–6/10—balances responsiveness and forgiveness for groomers and variable conditions.
