A light carbon fork, 9-speed SRAM drivetrain, and hydraulic disc brakes on a 24" kids' mountain bike sized for riders aged 7 to 11. The OFF 5 runs the same trail-capable build philosophy as the OFF 4 with meaningful upgrades for the larger rider. Schwalbe Rocket Ron 24 x 2.35" tires with ADDIX SPEED compound step up in volume for more grip and better trail absorption. Promax hydraulic disc brakes run 160mm rotors front and rear, proportionally larger than the OFF 4 for the added speed and weight of this size. The frame is dropper seatpost-ready, which means a rider who progresses into more technical terrain can install a dropper without switching bikes. Tubeless-compatible rims, thru axles, and a flip-flop stem round out the build.
