Backwoods Splitboard - 2027

Topping out a long tour and dropping straight into a tree run asks a splitboard to work hard twice, and the Weston Backwoods Splitboard covers both halves of that day. A full inner metal edge with sidewall and dampening tape adds traction for the skins, and a tail-heavy balance makes steep kick turns easier. Two carbon stringers run tip to tail in each half for longitudinal stiffness and fluid turns, and reinforced bamboo at the binding mounts resists pull-outs and keeps the flex consistent.
