This season's Classic TREWth brings a reengineered waterproof fabric to a design that has been refined across a decade and a half of real world feedback, delivering the kind of reliable all mountain protection that works as well on resort groomers as it does skinning into the alpine before first light. The PNW Classic 3L construction rates at 20,000mm waterproof and breathable, built from 100% nylon at 200gsm with a 70 x 160D weave that handles sustained precipitation without breaking a sweat.

The details are where fifteen years of iteration shows up most clearly. Fully seam taped construction with 3L tape and water resistant zippers on every exposed opening keep moisture out regardless of conditions, while the long 2 way side zipper handles entry, bathroom breaks, and venting in a single thoughtful feature. Jacquard elastic straps with silicone grippers stay put through the most dynamic movement, and internal boot gaiters with booster strap accommodation seal the connection between bib and boot completely. A transceiver pocket with d-ring sits ready on the right chest, Velcro drop cargo pockets handle thigh storage, and reinforced cuffs and kick patches backed by high tenacity 3L bonded nylon take the abuse that the bottom of any ski pant endures over a full season.
