Tenaya engineered this shoe with clear intent: deliver maximum control on micro-edges without sacrificing comfort or balance. The asymmetric toe-box channels power straight to the front of the shoe, helping us place weight exactly where it’s needed on thin features, shallow cracks, and rounded holds.

Built using microfiber with a TXT-treated lining, the Masai resists unwanted stretch and maintains a snug, supportive fit even after long sessions. The lace-up closure system lets us refine the fit as conditions change, adapting to different foot shapes and climbing styles with exceptional accuracy. Paired with Vibram XS Grip rubber and a 2D PLT 10 midsole, the shoe blends sensitivity with structure, keeping us connected to the rock while providing just enough stiffness for controlled edging.
