The 4.0mm Vibram XS Grip sole is the engine here, delivering the kind of friction that rewards commitment on smears and face climbing alike. The 2D PLT 10 midsole sits slightly softer than its predecessor, which means more sensitivity through the footbed without giving up the edge-catching structure you need on technical terrain.
