The Glacier XT Boot closes off the two things that end a day early in heavy snow: wind and moisture working their way in. A waterproof, windproof upper cinches tight at the ankle with a drawstring and barrel-lock closure, and a bonded felt frost plug in the footbed blocks cold from creeping up through the sole. Inside, a removable ThermoPlus felt liner with Omni-Heat reflective lining holds body heat and pulls out to dry between wears, so the boot stays ready even after a full day standing in wet snow.
