The Method Round Contour Fit helmet fuses an in-mold shell with zonal KOROYD coverage to manage impact energy without cutting off airflow. The exterior shell and EPS foam liner become one piece in the mold, trimming weight while keeping the structure solid through an impact. Where KOROYD sits in the shell, its honeycomb cells crush to absorb energy, and because those cells stay open, air keeps moving through the same zones. This ski and snowboard helmet handles the hit and still breathes.
