Light, walkable, and ready for any objective, the Cosmos Boot delivers all day

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"I have been putting the Cosmos Boot through long tour days with technical descents and the Cabrio Hybrid construction walks noticeably more naturally than traditional overlap boots without giving up the stiffness I need to feel confident on steep or variable snow. The adjustable forward lean is a feature I use constantly, depending on the terrain, and the 110 flex hits a sweet spot between touring efficiency and real skiing performance."

The best touring days are the ones that go long, climb high, and reward every step with a descent worth skiing. The Scott Cosmos Boot is built for exactly those objectives, balancing lightweight efficiency on the way up with a 110 flex index that delivers genuine skiing performance when the skins come off, and the terrain opens up below. The new-generation Cabrio Hybrid construction represents a meaningful step forward in walkability compared to traditional overlap designs, giving the ankle a natural range of motion that makes long approaches and technical bootpacks significantly less demanding.

Built from Pebax Rnew shell material that stays responsive through cold temperatures without adding unnecessary weight, the Cosmos arrives at 1375g per boot in a package that punches well above that number in performance. Adjustable forward lean of 12 or 14 degrees lets you match the boot to your skiing style and the pitch of the terrain, while 60 degrees of cuff rotation opens up a comfortable, efficient stride on the skin track from the first switchback to the last. The PWR Lite liner with thermo and memo fit foam molds progressively to the foot for a fit that gets better over time, and three Ergal micro-adjustable buckles with lock catches and a Velcro strap create a precise, secure closure that holds through variable snow and long descents alike. Dynafit certified tech inserts ensure compatibility across the full range of tech bindings, and full-length Vibram bi-density rubber soles grip approach terrain, icy cat tracks, and everything else the day throws at the transition zone. For skiers who want one boot that genuinely handles every part of the touring day without compromise, the Cosmos Boot earns its place in the pack.
