The Scarpa 4-Quattro GT Alpine Touring Boot pairs an Alpine Axial Hybrid forefoot wrap with a 101mm last, so the fit locks down like a traditional overlap resort boot instead of the looser hold typical of touring construction. The SpeedLock 4 walk mode opens to 61 degrees of motion for the skin track, but that range doesn't come at the cost of the power transfer once the boot is buckled down and pointed downhill. An insulated multilayer footbed blocks cold transfer through long days, making this the warmest boot in the Quattro lineup.
