Element Carbon 70 gets lighter without going soft on technical trails
The Element Carbon 70 is Rocky Mountain's redesigned cross-country mountain bike, built around a lighter, pivotless rear end. Smoothlink SL replaces the previous generation's rear pivot with a flexstay design, cutting 350 grams from the frame while adding stiffness through the rear triangle. Fewer moving parts also cut down on maintenance points, and the frame doesn't sacrifice stiffness to get there.
