From tidal flats to high-country streams, the Patagonia River Salt Wading Boots II are built to cover water efficiently and comfortably. These boots were designed to move—whether we’re wet wading all day in warm weather or hiking to that off-grid bend in the river. Built with rugged Cordura® nylon mesh and reinforced with a microfiber suede ankle strap and protective rubber rands, they hold up to abrasive terrain and frequent soakings without losing performance.

The Vibram® Megagrip outsole with Neo Multisport compound provides versatile traction on both dry trail and slippery creekbeds, and the EVA and rubber midsole delivers a steady platform without excess weight. These boots drain fast, dry quickly, and fit well with thin socks or wading liners—ideal for anglers who prefer to keep things light without compromising on traction or toughness.
