Sealant is a liquid that fills small punctures or leaks in the tire. When a tire is punctured, the sealant flows into the hole and quickly seals it, preventing air loss. This means you can continue riding without immediate repairs, making it a convenient solution for minor damages.

Schrader valves are wider and commonly found on car tires, while Presta valves are slimmer and typically used on bicycles. Both types serve the same purpose of allowing air to enter or exit the tire, but you’ll need to ensure your pump is compatible with the valve type on your tubeless tires.

Removable valve cores allow for easier maintenance of tubeless tires. They enable you to inject sealant directly into the tire without removing it from the rim, making it a quick and efficient process. This feature is especially useful for keeping your tires in optimal condition.

To use a syringe body, first, remove the valve core from the valve stem. Then, fill the syringe with the appropriate amount of sealant, attach it to the valve stem, and push the plunger to inject the sealant into the tire. The easy-to-read gauge on the syringe helps you measure the right amount needed for your specific tire size.

It’s recommended to check the sealant level every 2-3 months, as it can dry out over time. Depending on your riding conditions and frequency, you may need to refill or replace the sealant more often. Regular maintenance ensures your tubeless tires remain effective in sealing punctures.
