Designed for high-elevation, multi-day missions and thoroughly tested by guides who live in the vertical world, this large-capacity alpine pack strikes the ideal balance between burly hauling capability and streamlined technical performance.
The pack’s 52-liter design holds ropes, ice tools, protective gear, extra layers, and bivy setups with room to spare. Dual aluminum stays and a snow-shedding backpanel keep the load steady and comfortable, even under pressure. Strippable components—like the lid, hipbelt padding, helmet carry net, and gear straps—help us trim down for summit pushes. Built with recycled, bluesign® approved NanoFly® and robic fabrics and PFAS-free DWR, the Mutant 52 is tough on terrain but light on environmental impact.
