A lightweight ABS shell paired with an EPP foam liner wraps the head with front, side, and back coverage, while the slotted shell and ten vents help hot air escape and let water drain quickly after flips or rescue drills. The DARC retention system tightens with a simple twist of the rear dial, making it easy to fine-tune fit as helmets rotate through paddlers, and soft EVA pads on the interior keep the touchpoints comfortable for long stints on the water.
