Norda designed this ultra-distance runner with the strongest and lightest materials on earth, creating a shoe that feels seamless underfoot but unrelenting against the terrain. Whether we’re moving through alpine singletrack or stacking up vert on all-day missions, the 001A keeps us supported and energized every step of the way.

The bio-based Dyneema upper is abrasion-resistant and featherlight, paired with Dyneema-reinforced laces and a gusseted sock construction for a locked-in fit that moves with us. Underfoot, the proprietary Arnitel TPEE midsole provides resilient cushioning and consistent rebound, while the custom eTPU insole maximizes energy absorption for comfort deep into ultra distances. A Vibram Litebase sole with Megagrip rubber and 5mm lugs gives us the traction and stability we need across slick, steep, or technical terrain. Finished with reflective details for low-light visibility, this shoe is built to go the distance.
