Experience effortless float and carving power with the Squash Snowboard—designed for powder days and groomer glory
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"This board feels like magic. The tapered swallowtail makes powder feel bottomless, and the Trüe Camber gives me the precision and stability I need for hard carves on groomers. It’s an all-terrain dream."
Who It’s For
Powder Hunters and Carve Enthusiasts:
The Squash is perfect for riders who want effortless float in deep snow and precision on groomers. It’s made for intermediate to advanced riders who appreciate a surfy ride in powder but still demand carving stability on firm terrain.
What It’s For
Pow Days and Groomer Glory:
From chasing storm-day turns to laying trenches on fresh corduroy, the Squash is built for high-performance freeride and all-mountain exploration. Its swallowtail design and camber profile let it excel in deep conditions without giving up carving power.
Why We Like It
Float Meets Precision:
We like the Squash because it bridges the gap between powder boards and carving machines. The swallowtail shape and setback stance keep it floating with minimal effort, while Trüe Camber and Progressive Sidecut provide locked-in edge hold and smooth, powerful turns. Add in Nitro’s lightweight Powercore II and a sintered base, and it’s a board we trust for speed, stability, and versatility.

Forever Snowboarding
Developed by snowboarders for snowboarders in 1900, Nitro leads with passion, innovation, and responsibility for community and the planet.
Phantom Glide By DPS Skis
This snowboard is compatible with Phantom Glide, the long-lasting base treatment from DPS Skis. Backcountry technicians apply and UV-cure it before the board ships, so it arrives ready to ride with no waxing needed.
How It Works
Applied By Backcountry Techs
Backcountry technicians treat and UV-cure every board in the shop before it leaves the warehouse, so it arrives ready to ride with no setup required.
Glide That Outlasts Wax
Wax sits on top of the base and wears off in a few days. Phantom Glide bonds into the base, so glide stays fast and consistent from cold powder to spring slush.
No More Wax Days
Phantom Glide replaces scraping, ironing, and shop visits with a quick base cleaning using the Phantom Glide Base Care Kit. The formula is made without PFAS.
