The Nike Zoom Fly 6 fits true-to-size with an average heel width, a roomy midfoot, and a wide toe box; it offers secure forefoot lockdown via a fully-sleeved woven mesh upper and is available in standard widths only (no wide).

A top layer of Nike ZoomX foam provides high energy return (about 67% in the forefoot) paired with a firmer SR-02 EVA base and a full‑length carbon fiber Flyplate, producing a lively, responsive ride with a maximal stack (heel ~40mm, forefoot ~32mm) and an 8mm drop.

The upper uses a two-layer woven mesh for lightweight, breathable, sock-like comfort and secure lockdown, while the midsole combines ZoomX foam, SR-02 EVA-based foam, and a full-length carbon Flyplate for cushioning, durability, and propulsion.

The outsole is thin, lightweight rubber with waffle-like lugs/pods in high-impact heel and forefoot zones for road traction and wear resistance, with a central cutout that exposes the Flyplate to save weight while maintaining grip.
