Built for the marathon distance, it combines three performance-driven technologies that work in harmony to deliver speed, efficiency, and comfort. Dual Air Zoom pods in the forefoot and a full-length ZoomX foam midsole store and return energy with every stride, while a carbon fiber plate propels us forward with a smooth, powerful transition.

This updated version is Nike’s lightest Alphafly yet, redesigned with a wider carbon plate for added stability and a fully connected ZoomX midsole for seamless heel-to-toe flow. The Atomknit upper provides breathable containment and a race-secure fit, while thoughtful touches like notched laces and a padded knit tongue reduce pressure for lasting comfort.
