3-in-1 Cap

The MSR 3-in-1 Cap fits MSR Dromedary® and DromLite™ bags and is interchangeable with standard Nalgene lids; its diameter is 2.8 inches and height is 1.42 inches.

The cap is made from food-grade HDPE and is ultralight at 0.8 oz (23.6 g); it tolerates boiling/freezing exposure per bag specs but some users report cracking or splitting after years of heavy use.

Some users report leaking and difficulty tightening threads, especially when swapping older caps for reengineered versions with finer ridges, so test the fit on your Dromedary/DromLite bag and inspect threading before heading out.

Yes, designed for hiking, camping, and fast-and-light backcountry expeditions, the cap is compact, foldable, and pour-optimized for high-volume, low-force flow, but it requires a compatible MSR collapsible bag to function.
