From the opening miles of a sportive to the final climb of a gran fondo, this shoe keeps comfort and efficiency running in parallel so nothing gets in the way of the effort.

Mavic built the Cosmic SLR around a Matryx® woven upper that combines polyurethane structure with high-tenacity fibers for a fit that feels precise without creating pressure points. Front vents and PU-coated yarns keep airflow moving through the hottest parts of a ride, and the dual BOA® L6 Fit System allows independent adjustment across two zones so the shoe conforms exactly to the shape of each foot. Underfoot, the composite nylon carbon fiber sole delivers a stiffness rating of 80 out of 100, translating pedaling input into forward motion with minimal energy lost. Rubber heel pads add a touch of grip and durability for the moments between the bike and the start line.
