Lattice Triple Rung tests finger strength on three different sized ledges

The Lattice Triple Rung puts a real number on finger strength instead of a guess. Its 20mm edge has become the benchmark size for testing where a climber stands, and a wide edge radius keeps that number honest by cutting down on the skin friction that lets high-pulp fingers cheat the result. A 45mm edge for warming up and a 10mm edge for small-hold work round out the board, and the pocket-free surface means three-finger, two-finger, or mono work all happen on the same continuous edge instead of a dedicated slot.

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"I run the 20mm test every few months and log it against Lattice's free assessment tool, so I know exactly where my finger strength sits against my grade instead of guessing from how a session felt."
