The Flagship Snowboard + Union Rosa Binding + Hera Boot is a freeride-forward setup with the pedigree to back up its ambitions. Jones Snowboards built the Flagship around a tapered directional shape and hybrid camber profile that draws a hard line between boards that talk about powder performance and boards that actually deliver it. The taper drops 12.5mm from nose to tail, keeping the nose riding high while the tail stays quick and responsive. Rocker in the tips provides effortless float in deep snow, and camber underfoot drives edge hold and power through every carve on firm terrain. The 3D Contour Base 3.0 makes turn initiation feel intuitive and smooth, while a Power Core of poplar, paulownia, and bamboo stringers combined with flax and basalt Power Stringers adds torsional stiffness and snap that advanced riders will feel immediately. Jones built the Flagship with recycled ABS sidewalls, recycled steel edges, and a sintered base that stays fast across all conditions, carrying the brand's commitment to performance and environmental responsibility in equal measure.

The Union Rosa bindings bring a featherweight, forgiving complement to the Flagship's freeride character. As the lightest binding Union makes, the Rosa keeps the overall setup nimble without introducing unwanted stiffness, and the thermoformed EVA bushings in the Stage 8 Duraflex baseplate smooth out vibration on variable terrain. The CP3 S highback and Exoframe 2.0 ankle strap keep response accessible and the fit secure without pressure points. The Ride Hera boots close out the package with a dual BOA H4 Coiler and Tongue Tied closure system for precise, zonal fit adjustment, an Intuition Support liner with Lock Down Turbo lacing for locked-in heel hold, and an Eco EVA midsole with 30% reground Fusion rubber outsole for grip and all-day cushioning.
