We rely on the Giro Helios Spherical Mips Helmet for everything from long road loops to rough gravel adventures. At its core is Spherical Technology, a ball-and-socket system powered by Mips® that allows the outer shell to rotate independently around the inner liner, helping reduce rotational forces while maintaining a low-profile feel. Progressive Layering pairs two densities of EPS foam for tuned impact management across high- and low-speed crashes.

On the hottest days, the Helios shines even brighter. Its 15 Wind Tunnel vents pull air efficiently across the scalp with deep internal channeling, keeping us cool whether we’re tackling steep grades or grinding out headwind miles. The Roc Loc® 5 Air system suspends the helmet subtly above the head for enhanced ventilation while allowing micro-adjustments for a stable, personalized fit.
