The tri-molded DH shank provides a stiff, power-efficient platform with a 10mm cleat setback that optimizes pedal stroke mechanics, while still offering enough flex to make hike-a-bike sections manageable. The Giro-designed Sensor rubber outsole grips flat pedals and technical terrain with confidence, and the water-resistant microfiber upper sheds mud and moisture lap after lap. A lace-and-hook-and-loop closure locks the foot in place, and the low-bulk Airprene tongue keeps things comfortable even when the ride runs long.
