Built as a direct evolution of the well-regarded MT500 platform, this version adds extended coverage and MIPS protection to an already capable foundation, giving trail and enduro riders more confidence without adding the bulk that usually comes with it.

Endura built the MT500 MIPS around a full Koroyd core bonded to an in-mold polycarbonate shell — a combination that delivers exceptional impact absorption in a lightweight structure by allowing the co-polymer tube construction to collapse in a controlled way on contact rather than transferring energy directly to the head. The MIPS Brain Protection System adds a low-friction slip plane that reduces rotational forces during angled impacts, addressing the oblique crash mechanics most common on trail terrain. Large vents promote continuous airflow across sustained efforts, and odor-resistant padding keeps the interior fresh across long seasons of use. The one-hand micro-adjust fit system dials in a secure hold quickly and easily even mid-ride, and the goggle-friendly design features rear strap grippers and front vents that double as a sunglasses dock for versatile eyewear management. A removable, adjustable visor handles sun and roost across varying trail conditions.
