The Columbia Coreshot Shell Anorak swaps a standard full-length zipper for a half-zip, side-entry design without giving up what makes a real waterproof-breathable ski jacket. Omni-Tech fabric rated 20k for both waterproofing and breathability, backed by fully sealed seams, keeps moisture out on heavy, wet snow days. The side-zip entry cuts down on hardware running down the chest, which stays out of the way under a pack strap or harness. A helmet-compatible hood and underarm venting round out a shell built to move with changing mountain conditions.
