Women's Gray Snowboard Pants & Bibs

Insulated pants are best for cold temperatures or lift-accessed riding since they provide built-in warmth and reduce the need for heavy base layers. Shell pants work better for high-output days like spring slush or bootpacking because they prioritize layering and breathability, and many shells carry 10K/10K waterproof/breathability ratings.

Bibs excel at keeping snow out and offer full coverage for aggressive or deep-snow riding thanks to shoulder straps and higher waists. Models like the Flylow Foxy Bib often include powder gaiters and extra coverage, which helps when you’re spending time in deep powder.

If you want freedom for tricks and mobility, opt for looser snowboard-specific cuts that leave room for movement and base layers. Slimmer, boot-cut styles suit skier movement and on-piste carving, so look for hem flares or boot cuts to ensure the pant fits over your boots.

Ski-touring pants prioritize breathability and lightweight construction, commonly using 2- or 3-layer shells and long zippered vents to aid uphill comfort. Also check for touring-specific touches like beacon pockets, durable mechanical-stretch fabrics, and versatile shell examples such as the Arc'teryx Sentinel Pant for reliable weatherproofing.

Use inseam and waist ranges to narrow down sizes. Most women's pants list inseams from about 72–85 cm and waists roughly 60–90 cm, with short, regular, and tall options, so match those numbers to how many base layers you’ll wear and prefer adjustable waist features for a better fit.
