Green Capsules

On long efforts plan to take electrolyte capsules every 30–60 minutes, especially if you sweat heavily. SaltStick products are designed for that interval and help replace sodium and potassium without upsetting your stomach.

Look at how many sessions you have and whether you’ll dose during workouts—60- and 100-count packs are common to match training volume. These swallowable capsules absorb quickly, so a 100-pack can be handy if you train several times a week or race frequently.

SaltStick Caps Plus contains a modest 30 mg of caffeine per capsule along with electrolytes like 190 mg sodium, which many athletes use for focus during intense efforts. If you’re racing, check your caffeine tolerance and stick to recommended dosing intervals to avoid jitters or stomach upset.

Reach for First Endurance Halo capsules after hard sessions when inflammation and joint recovery are the priority, since Halo’s patented blend targets sustained anti-inflammatory effects and helps minimize downtime. Electrolyte capsules are better during exercise to replace sweat losses rather than for post-workout healing.

Many options on the page are batch-tested and compliant—RaceReady Caps carry Informed Sport certification, and the category notes World Anti-Doping Agency compliance for competitive use. Formulas are also vegetarian-friendly and free of artificial sweeteners and gluten, which lowers the risk of hidden ingredients.
