Yellow Bike Pumps & CO2 Inflators

CO2 inflators are ideal for quick roadside fixes because a 16g or 25g cartridge inflates tires in seconds and many units stay pocket-friendly under 100g. Mini pumps with integrated CO2 heads are better for long tours or repeated use since they give more consistent fills and act as a reliable backup.

For a long tour it’s smart to carry several 16g or 25g cartridges and a hybrid mini pump as a backup so you’re not left with one-shot repairs. Hybrids with robust construction and threaded cartridge holders are handy because they prevent leaks and handle repeated inflations.

Flow-control models let you meter gas to avoid over-pressurization in cold weather and provide much more precise fills for high-pressure road tires up to about 160 psi. They often pair sealed valves with aluminum or composite bodies for better cold-weather reliability.

Many hybrid mini pumps and inflators include integrated hoses compatible with both Presta and Schrader valves so you won’t need an adapter for mixed setups. The Birzman Infinite Apogee Road is an example of a versatile unit that handles both valve types and doubles as a pump and inflator.

Electric inflators are great when you want quick, repeatable top-offs or need higher-pressure support—models like the E-Pump Pro, the Elettrico series, and the Pocket Shock offer on-the-go inflation and some units even feature digital gauges up to 300 psi. They’re useful for pre-ride top-offs or field repairs when you prefer a hands-free option rather than a cartridge or manual pumping.
