Step On Re:Flex Bindings—strap-free simplicity with all-mountain control and comfort
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"I’ve been riding the Step On Re:Flex for a few seasons, and they make my whole day easier. You just step in and go, and they feel super secure. The cushioning keeps my feet comfortable on long days, and the Re:Flex baseplate makes the board feel really smooth underfoot. No straps, no hassle—just pure riding."
We love the Burton Step On Re:Flex Snowboard Bindings because they make snowboarding feel effortless. The Step On® system creates a clean, secure connection the moment you step in, with three locking points that deliver powerful board control and confidence in any terrain. No straps to adjust or buckles to tighten—just step in and ride.
Re:Flex FullBED cushioning underfoot keeps impacts mellow and fatigue low, while the Re:Flex baseplate maximizes board feel and smooth flex. With an easy-to-adjust FLAD system, dialing in the perfect forward lean takes just seconds. For riders who want a simple, reliable binding that doesn’t compromise performance, this is the future of snowboarding.

Step On® FAQs
Discover everything you need to know about Step On and find answers to our most frequently asked questions.
"How do I get in?"
STEPPING ON –
It really is as easy as, "heel, toe, go". Step into the binding heel-first to engage the heel clip, then press down your toes until you hear the clicks.
"How do I get out?"
STEPPING OUT –
Getting out is even easier than getting in. Just pull the lever on the heel of the binding and twist your foot. Boom, you're out.
"Does it work in powder?"
POWDER –
Yes! Step On works great in powder. Just brush the snow out of your footbed before you step on (like you would with any binding).
"Do they work in park?"
PARK –
Tweak, press, big go, stomp hard–the best riders in the world have put it to the test. Now it's your turn.
"Are they good for beginners?"
BEGINNERS –
Step On is great for all levels of riding. Its ease of use and convenience both simplifies and streamlines the beginner's experience.
"Are they responsive?"
RESPONSE –
Some riders even say that Step Ons are more responsive than traditional bindings due to the heel-toe connections. They love to carve.
"Can I use it on any board?"
COMPATIBILITY –
Step On is compatible with all major mounting systems, which means you can use it with any board out there (not just Burton's).
"So, I don't have to sit down?"
SITTING DOWN –
That's right. Never sit down to strap in again. It's fast and easy, so you can get right to riding.
"What about ice build up?"
ICE & SNOW –
Step On has undergone countless hours of rider testing. Just scrape any ice from the footbed like you would with a traditional binding.
"Will I pop out of my bindings?"
SECURITY –
We've been doing testing and R&D on Step On since 2006. You're just as safe on Step Ons as you are in strap bindings.
