For runners who mix pavement miles with trail adventures, the Ghost Trail Running Shoe is built to adapt. Brooks took the familiar, cushioned Ghost platform and equipped it with DNA LOFT v3 foam, giving us soft landings and a smooth ride that holds up on both roads and uneven ground.

To make it trail-ready, Brooks added a TrailTack Green outsole with 3mm lugs for traction on dirt, gravel, and slick surfaces. A breathable mesh upper is reinforced with 3D printed overlays in key zones, striking the perfect balance of flexibility and durability. The Ghost Trail lets us start in the city, finish in the foothills, and feel equally comfortable on both.
