Sweet Protection Travel

Frequently Asked Questions

• How does Sweet Protection balance lightweight construction with effective impact protection?

Sweet uses advanced shell engineering and layered impact-liner strategies—including multi-density foams and rotation-mitigation systems like MIPS—to reduce weight without sacrificing safety. That approach produces helmets and guards that are easy to wear all day while meeting demanding performance needs for technical descents and alpine approaches.
• How do I get the right fit with Sweet Protection helmets and protective gear?

Measure head circumference level above the ears and consult Sweet’s size chart for the specific helmet or protector; a properly fitted helmet should sit snug with no painful pressure and pass a gentle “shake test” without excessive movement. For body protection, use category-specific sizing guides (back protectors, vests, guards) and adjust straps and mounting points to maintain coverage without restricting movement.
