The ASICS Trabuco 14 is designed to go the distance, whether we’re tackling technical singletrack or moving steadily through long alpine loops. This latest update features a softer ride and a better fit, with just the right balance of protection and agility for trail runners who value comfort without compromise.

The midsole uses FF BLAST™ MAX foam to create a plush, stable ride with an extra 2mm of cushioning stack height—offering more impact absorption without slowing us down. A full-length rock plate keeps sharp trail hazards in check, while the high-traction ASICSGRIP™ outsole gives us grip across muddy switchbacks and rocky scrambles. A new trail-specific last delivers a more dialed, natural-feeling fit, and the upper is made with recycled materials and a dope-dyed sockliner to help reduce the shoe’s environmental footprint.
