The Alpina Pioneer 80 PM Xplore ski comes pre-mounted with the Rottefella Xplore binding system, pairing full metal edges with a mobility-focused walk mode built for ungroomed terrain. An 80-58-69 sidecut and cambered profile hold an edge on firmer snow while still floating through variable backcountry conditions, and a waxless base balances glide and grip without upkeep. The Xplore system adds lateral stability underfoot without giving up the stride skiers expect from a touring setup.
