The 686 Geode Thermagraph® Pant puts insulation only where the body actually meets cold surfaces. Insulated panels sit at the seat and knees, the places that touch a chairlift or the snow directly, while large shell zones everywhere else stay uninsulated for real heat and moisture management. That body-mapped system pairs with a 2-layer infiDRY® 20K fabric rated to 20,000mm of waterproofing, so wind and wet stay outside while Air-Flo™ inner leg vents let heat escape the moment a warm spring session calls for it. A BOA®-compatible gaiter and the Pant Jacket Connect™ system tie the whole outerwear setup together at the boot and waist.
